Q: What is JEHAN and what happened to ROHI?
A: JEHAN is ROHI. We have rebranded and changed our name to accommodate new types of items in our collection.
Q: What are your delivery charges? What are your delivery times?
A: We charge Flat PKR 280 on all orders. Our items are handmade so might take upto 10 working days to deliver
Q: What payment methods are available?
A: We accept cash on delivery, debit/credit cards and direct bank deposits
Q: I have not received any order confirmation phone call. Is my order confirmed?
A: We communicate via emails. All confirmations and dispatch notifications are sent via email
Q: What happens if i receive a damaged product?
A: If you receive a damaged article, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with the images of your invoice and the damaged article for replacement.
Q: I want to add another product to my already placed order. How can i do that?
A: Once an order is placed, it cannot be edited. Items cannot be subtracted or added. For addition of the products, please place a new order.
Q: How can i cancel my order?

Q: The product i want is not available on the website?
A: The requested product might be out of stock or not available anymore.
Q: What material is used to make the jewellery? Will it rust?
A: We use cast copper to make all the designs which are then gold plated. Cast copper is more strong and flexible and does not rust easily. The gold plating might tarnish if in contact with perfume.
Q: What is your return or exchange policy?
A: We do not return or refund orders as they are made on order. Exchange is only done when the product is faulty
