What are the shipping fees and delivery timelines?

  • We offer free standard shipping on orders over $125.
  • We aim to deliver the package within 5-7 business days

How can I track my order?

After your purchase, you will receive an email with the order confirmation. And once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with instructions on how to track your order.

Our team works hard to get your order dispatched as quickly as possible, and so we’re unable to guarantee any cancellation requests or changes to your order. Please email us at and we will do our best to support you.

What is the exchange policy?

If you receive the product with a defect or damage, please reach out to us at with the images of your invoice and the damaged article. We will replace the product immediately.

How are the customs and taxes charged?

All international orders are subject to customs and duty fees as defined by the country of import. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide information on whether you may or may not be charged customs/duty fees. Duties will be determined by the country of import of your order based on product value. We assume no responsibility for duties incurred on your order. All fees must be paid by the parcel recipient.

What happens if I receive a damaged product?

If you receive a damaged article, please send an email to with the images of your invoice and the damaged article. We will replace the product immediately.

What materials are used to make the jewelry?

Our jewelry is crafted from copper and plated with 21K gold. Copper is strong, flexible, hypoallergenic, and resistant to rust. Copper is naturally antimicrobial, anti-fungal, and antibacterial which makes it a perfect material for jewelry.
